To activate Duplex Play, you’ll first need to provide your Device ID and Device Key from the Duplex Play app. You then choose your preferred subscription length and complete payment at checkout. Once your order is placed, we process the activation and notify you as soon as it’s complete. Activation typically takes between 4 and 24 hours. After activation, you may need to refresh the app and/or restart your device for the service to appear — that’s all. We also offer a “Skip the Queue” option at checkout. This prioritises your activation in our system, although faster completion is not guaranteed.

No, you only need to provide the device ID and device key and we take care of the rest. Once you've provided us with the details, chosen your subscription length and completed payment we'll first send you an email to let you know that we're processing your request, and then we'll send you a final email once your Duplex Play account has been activated.

This depends on the option you purchase. The details of access duration will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout. You can choose between 12 months - 36 months.

Once the service has been activated, the subscription fee cannot be refunded. If in the unlikely circumstance we cannot complete your activation due to a technical issue, we'll absolutely either work on the issue, or provide you with a full refund.

No worries! It happens more often than you'd think. Get in touch with us via activations@duplexplay.co.uk (activations@duplexplay.co.uk)as soon as possible providing the correct device ID & device key and we'll do our best to update it in time. Usually, if you enter the wrong details the activation will be unsuccessful. However, if by chance that the details entered belong to another account holder, reversal may not be possible and no refund will be provided.
